Brian Garst is the Founder, Webmaster and Managing Editor of the Conservative Compendium.
He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and an M.A. in Political Science, Security and Diplomacy from the University of West Florida. He is a former intern of the Cato Institute, and currently interning at the American Legislative Exchange Council. His writings have also appeared at American Thinker.
