Our Mission Statement
The conservative movement is about individual responsibility, personal freedom, a limited and fiscally responsible government, strong and effective foreign policy, private enterprise and the promotion of competitive markets. This is not a Washington, D.C. movement; this is a grassroots movement that must be won in the hearts and minds of the American public. To do that, the advocates of the movement must have access to all the information and resources that they can get. The goal of the Conservative Compendium is to bring that information to the people who need it most, the grassroots activists, so that they can advance the spread of conservatism.

- We believe that the values and traditions that have made America great should be respected and encouraged instead of scorned and trivialized.
- We believe that a strong America is a safe America and that our national security should not be subject to international veto.
- We believe that, in order to compete and prosper in an increasingly competitive world, we must not handicap our businesses with unnecessary regulation and taxation. It is impossible to sue or tax our way into prosperity.
- We believe that a large government of entrenched bureaucracies is antithetical to effective national policy.
- We believe that in order to remain a world superpower we must produce students equal to the best in the world and that emphasis on math and science is an integral part of this goal.
- We believe that government corruption is a symptom of a government with too much power. Limiting free speech is not an effective solution.
- We believe that the courts should interpret the law instead of usurping the power of the people by legislating from the bench.
